In 1991 the family hotel concern 'Van der Valk' bought this warf for 1 Dutch guilder (0,46 Euro)...
In June they already set up the plan to make them not responsable (they agreed in 1991 that they are responsable...) for the maintenance of the warf... Not only the family has the restaurant there, they also let the shops to the shop keepers... They are the victims of the 'no-maintenance-option' of the Van der Valk family...
I love declay on buildings but this is realy sad, to see the only interresting building in the Netherlands fall into the sea... To bad...
