This is this weeks Sunday Special winner...It's 24 years ago, 1986... an accident on the main road in our neighbourhood... In the background is the BMW cop bike... The bike cop has a load of 'Starsky & Hutch' or even 'Chips' style...
He is trying to keep his cool in his white jacket (completed with an orange(!) helmet), nowerdays they wear fluoricent yellow jackets and helmets...
